أثر الإنفاق الحكومي في مجال التعليم على نمو الإقتصاد السعودي خلال الفترة الزمنية (1980-2022)
The study aims to measure the impact of the relationship between governments spending in the field of education on economic growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the period (1980-2022). At current prices as a dependent variable, government final consumption expenditure on education, actual government revenues at current prices, and inflation rate as independent variables. A time series stability test was carried out to ensure that the data is free from the unit root by using the (ADF) test. The data was converted to logarithm form to get rid of the standard problems, the most important findings of the study is the existence of a causal relationship between government spending on education to the gross domestic product through causal relationship tests. the study recommended paying attention to government spending on education through policies that work to link education outputs with the needs of the labor market to enhance economic growth, directing more money towards investment spending on education, including It contributes to raising its efficiency, developing it, maintaining reasonable inflation rates, continuing to develop policies that work to stabilize it, increase government revenues, diversify its sources, and not rely on a single source of revenue, which helps stabilize the flow of revenues to the state treasury.
