معوقات تطوير الدور القيادي لمعلمي المرحلة الثانوية الأزهرية ومتطلبات مواجهتها
The research aims at revealing the obstacles and requirements for developing the leadership roles of Al-Azhar secondary institutes teachers, and to achieve this, the research used the descriptive approach; The study used the questionnaire as a tool to identify obstacles of developing the leadership roles of Al-Azhar secondary institutes teachers in Egypt on one hand, and to propose some requirements needed to meet these obstacles on the other hand. The study was applied to a sample of Al-Azhar secondary institutes teachers in the governorates of Cairo, Al-Menoufiya and Assiut; The research found a set of results, the most important of which are: 1) The severity of the barriers to teachers taking on leadership roles came in light of the demands of the digital age with a medium mean of 2.22. 2) Teachers' leadership requirements are important in light of the demands of the digital age, with a mean (2.40). In the light of these results, the research recommends that the Institute's management should support teachers to carry out their leadership roles freely and provide all the means to help them do so. The Institute's library should be enriched with modern sources and references on how to deal with the modern technologies that have been created by the digital age, which will help them to perform their leadership roles. Teachers should be encouraged to participate in educational conferences, especially those dealing with the renewed and changing roles of teachers in the age of digitization, and the role of quality units in Al-Azhar institutes should be operationalized to contribute to the performance of their roles by teachers.
