The research aims to identify the reality of the practice of general secondary school principals in Dakahlia Governorate in the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used, on a sample of (350) teachers, and (50) principals of teachers and principals of general secondary schools. The study reached several conclusions, including: The degree to which general secondar school principals exercise leadership dimensions is moderate, it came in order after (creativity) to a large degree, followed by it in the second order after (proactive) to a medium degree, and occupied the third position after (vision) to a medium degree, The fourth and final ranking was after (risk) moderately. Differences were found between the average responses of sample members on the reality that general secondary school principals exercised leadership dimensions in favour of females as compared to males, and in favour of principals as a whole as compared to teachers. The study recommended several studies, including: Holding seminars and training courses, providing ample material cover for conducting the educational process as intended, testing candidates for the principal role before they are promoted, and providing sufficient autonomy for the principal.
