This research aimed to uncovering the predictive value with meta-memory and achievement for primary school student, and also aimed to identify the differences between males and females in meta- memory and achievement. The research sample consisted of (140) males and females primary school students in the fifth and sixth grades. The researcher used the meta- memory scale (prepared by the researcher). The results showed that: 1) there is a significance correlation at (0.01) between meta-memory and achievement for primary school student in (awareness - diagnostic - monitoring). 2) There is high predictive value with meta- memory with achievement. 3) There is statistically significant differences at 0.01 between males and females in meta - memory scale in (awareness and monitoring), except diagnostic in (0.05), and the differences favor to the females.
