آليات مقترحة لتطوير إدارة المعاهد الثانوية الأزهرية باستخدام مدخل إدارة التغيير في ضوء التحديات المعاصرة
This research aims to reach suggested mechanisms for developing the management of Al-Azhar secondary institutes using change management in the light of contemporary challenges, identifying the reality, the descriptive approach was followed to suit the nature of the research. A main (questionnaire) was designed to identify the obstacles to developing the management of Al-Azhar institutes in light of contemporary challenges, by using the change management approach. As an entrance to ensure the success of the change process, and the need to identify the requirements for implementing the change management entrance, which is useful in identifying any problems that may exist in its application and thus help officials to overcome them.
