تصور مستقبلي لتفعيل معايير تمهين التعليم بدولة الكويت
The study aimed to identify the theoretical frameworks for the standards of professionalization of education in contemporary literature, and to present a future proposal to activate the standards of professionalization of education in the State of Kuwait. The researchers followed the descriptive methodology to achieve these goals. The study found five standards for professionalization of education which are: the admission policy in teacher preparation colleges, teacher preparation programs, teacher’s in-service professional development, teaching licensing, and the position of the teacher. In light of the results, the researchers presented some procedural proposals to develop the education in the State of Kuwait considering the standards of professionalization of education.
