تصور مقترح لتنمية الإبداع في مدارس التعليم العام الفلسطينية
The study aimed to present a proposal for the development of creativity in Palestinian public education schools. The study sample consisted of (12) participants: (4) educational supervisors, (4) school principals, and (4) teachers. This study used qualitative research methods, the method of multiple case studies, and semi-structured interviews as a tool. The interviews were analyzed using the Thematic Analysis method. The results of the study showed that: 1) The study sample's evaluation of creativity that exists in Palestinian public education schools came to a medium degree. 2) The most important obstacles facing creativity in Palestinian public education schools, where they were categorized in five fields: The curriculum, the school administration, the teacher, the student, and the school environment, which were used to build the proposed scenario for the development of creativity. 3) A proposal is presented for the development of creativity in Palestinian public education schools, consisting of five fields and (31) proposals. The study recommended: 1) The need to spread a culture of creativity among all school employees and to enhance their creative concepts. 2) Developing the curricula and including them in creative activities, considering the density of the curricula in a manner that is appropriate and allows the adoption and application of curricula in a way that supports creativity.
