The study aimed to identify the impact of teaching recitation skills using Al-Qaida Al-Noraniah strategy and its effects on their achievements and motivation for seventh grade girls’ students in Kuwait. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted two tools to collect data. The first is an achievement test to measure the effect of teaching recitation skills using the Al-Qaida Al-Noraniah strategy, consisting of (12) a question, and it was distributed to a purposefully selected sample consisting of (52) female seventh grade students, and the second tool is a questionnaire for seventh grade female students consisting of (26) items, and distributed to a purposeful sample consisting of (52) female seventh grade students. The test results revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the post-measurement situation. In favor of the experimental group; which indicates that the performance of the sample members in the unit post-test in the experimental group was better than the performance of the sample members in the control group. As for the results related to the questionnaire, it appeared that there were no statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the amount of change. Which indicates that teaching using the Al-Qaida Al-Noraniah strategy did not cause statistically significant differences in raising motivation in reciting the holy Qur’an among sample members. Therefore, the study recommended the necessity of creating a special unit for the Al-Qaida Al-Noraniah for teachers to enable them to prepare and design proficient lessons for recitation skills, as well as paying attention to building programs and applications. Educational activities that include activities related to the Al-Qaida Al-Noraniah, and attention to learners’ motivation toward reciting the holy Qur’an in the early grades to form positive attitudes toward it.
