This research aimed at discovering the effectiveness of using Hello English application in improving EFL seventh grade students' speaking skill in English. To achieve this goal, 32 students were randomly divided by the school administration into two sections; each group consisted of 16 students of seventh grade at Al-Taybah Basic School for Girls, at Al-Taybah and Al-Wasteh Directorate of Education in Irbid, during the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024. The experimental group was taught by using the Hello English application, while the control group was taught by the regular instruction method. The students were given a pre-test then after two months they were given a post-test to ensure whether they had any improvements in their speaking skill after the experiment and to see whether the Hello English application affected the experimental group students' performance. The results of the study indicated that: 1) The experimental group significantly performed better than the control group in the speaking skill due to the method of teaching. 2) The experimental group students had positive attitudes toward using the Hello English application in learning the speaking skill. The present study recommended that using Hello English application could be applied as an effective method in the language-teaching and learning process including for teaching speaking skill.
