The aim of the study was to identify the level of entrepreneurial vigilance and its relationship with the level of strategic excellence among educational leaders in the directorates of education in Al Mafraq Governorate. A descriptive correlational survey method was used, and the study sample consisted of (227) employees. A questionnaire was developed comprising two axes: the first to measure the level of entrepreneurial vigilance, and the second to measure the level of strategic excellence. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were ensured. The results indicated that: 1) The level of entrepreneurial vigilance in all areas was high, with statistically significant differences in entrepreneurial vigilance attributed to the variable (gender) in the areas of (research and perseverance, evaluation and judgment issuance,) and overall, favoring males. However, the results indicated no significant differences in effective communication. Statistically significant differences in entrepreneurial vigilance were also attributed to the variable (educational qualification) in the areas of (evaluation and judgment issuance, effective communication), and overall, favoring bachelor's degree holders, while no differences were found in research and perseverance. There were no statistically significant differences in the level of entrepreneurial vigilance attributed to variables (job title and years of experience) across all areas and overall. 2) The level of strategic excellence was high in all areas, with statistically significant differences in all areas of strategic excellence and overall attributed to the variable of educational qualification, all in favor of bachelor's degree holders. No statistically significant differences were found in the level of all areas of strategic excellence and overall attributed to variables (gender, job title, and years of experience). The results indicated a positive, significant correlation between the level of entrepreneurial alertness and strategic excellence among educational leaders in the directorates of education in Al Mafraq Governorate.
