This study aimed to identify the availability of educational leadership skills among school principals in the city of Bethlehem in Palestine, and its relationship with developing creativity among teachers. The researcher used a correlational descriptive approach. A random sample of (50%) was taken from the study population represented by all164 teachers at governmental schools in the city of Bethlehem. The researcher used a questionnaire. The study found that: 1) The educational leadership skills of school principals in the city of Bethlehem were high on all axes, with an average of 4.14, 2) The level of developing creativity was also high on all axes, with an average score of 3.95. 3) A positive and significant relationship between the availability of educational leadership skills among school principals and creativity among teachers. 4) No statistically significant differences in the availability of educational leadership skills. 5) At the level of creativity development, there were differences with regard to the gender variable only, in favor of females. Among the recommendations is: 1) The need to give teachers high levels of freedom to reach creative results, 2) The need for principals to possess leadership skills that reflect positively towards further development of creativity among teachers.
