The study aimed to explore the creativity in administrative leadership styles of primary school principals and its relationship with the sustainability of morale among teachers in the Nablus governorate. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 235 teachers during the academic year 2023-2024. The results showed that: 1) The prevailing leadership styles ranged from low to high, with the democratic style being the highest. 2) The autocratic style was the most common, followed by the laissez-faire style. 3) The principals of basic education schools in Nablus governorate practiced democratic leadership to sustain and boost morale from the teachers' perspective. 4) Significant differences attributed to gender and years of experience. The study recommends enhancing democratic leadership practices to elevate and sustain morale among teachers, ultimately achieving educational goals. (Published abstract)
