The study aimed to demonstrate the effect of using the Freyer model to develop scientific concepts in science and life among fourth-grade students. The study adopted the experimental method. The study tool was to test scientific concepts, the teacher’s guide to the Freyer model, and the study sample consisted of (63) students from the school. Al-Mu'tasim Billah Basic A for boys, distributed into two experimental groups, numbering (31) students, studied considering the Fryer model, and a control group, numbering (32) students. The study reached the following results: There were statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.01) between the average grades and the students of the experimental group and the average scores of the students of the control group in the scientific concepts test. A number of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: 1) Employing the Fryer model in science by curriculum planners, as this is related to taking into account the characteristics of the students and providing activities appropriate to their level of thinking, 2) Continuous follow-up of teachers to urge them to apply the Fryer model of Before educational supervisors, in order to ensure the use of this model in teaching.
