This study aimed to identify the degree of application of the Baldrige Quality Model and its relationship to continuous improvement of the job performance of employees in the Qasabat Al-Mafraq Education Directorate. To achieve the aim of the study, a descriptive, correlational survey method was used, and a simple random sample was selected consisting of (127) workers in Mafraq Qasbat Education. A questionnaire was applied to them that was developed and consisted of two axes. The first was to measure the degree of application of the Baldrige model and included seven areas: (leadership, and strategic planning). (Measurement and analysis, human resources management, operations management, focus on beneficiaries, and performance results), the number of its paragraphs reached (47). The second axis was to measure continuous improvement and included four areas: (planning, action, examination, and behavior). The number of its paragraphs is (23). The study concluded that: 1) The degree of application of the Baldrige model for quality in the Qasabat Mafraq Education Directorate from the point of view of its employees was high in the field of (leadership, strategic planning), and moderate in the rest of the fields, 2) There were no statistically significant differences attributable to For the gender variable in all fields and in the total grade, 3) There were no differences attributed to the variables of gender, job title, experience, number of training courses and academic qualification. 4) There were no statistically significant differences attributed to the job title variable in all fields and the total grade. 5) The results related to the variable years of experience indicated that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of years of experience in all fields and the total score, except for the field of measurement, analysis, and knowledge management, and performance results, in all fields and the total score. 6) The level of improvement from their point of view, the continuous job performance of employees in Qasabat Mafraq Directorate was average in all areas (planning, action, examination, and behavior). 7) There were no significant differences attributable to the variable of academic qualification, job title, and number of training courses, in all areas. 8) There were statistically significant differences due to the effect of years of experience, and the results of the study concluded that there was a positive, statistically significant relationship between the degree of application of the Baldrige model for quality and the level of continuous improvement of job performance. In light of the results of the study, the study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: increasing workers’ participation in seminars and workshops related to administrative aspects.
