The differences were in favor of males, and there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.5) because of academic qualification in all strategies, and there were no statistically significant differences in all strategies except intimidation and pleading. 2) The level of development of the performance of male and female teachers' in UNRWA schools', from their point of view, was at a high level. There were statistically significant differences (a=0.05) because of gender. The differences were in favor of females. There were no statistically significant differences (a=0.5) because of academic qualifications and years of experience. 3) There is a statistically significant positive relationship between self-enhancement, acting and prestige on the one hand and developing the performance of schoolteachers on the other hand. The study recommended the need for the United Nations Agency for Refugee Employment (UNRWA) to provide training programs for school principals on impression management skills and how to build positive relationships with teachers.
