دور مديري المدارس الثانوية في مديرية تربية الزرقاء الأولى في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر المعلمين
The study aimed to identify the role of secondary school principals in the Directorate of Education of Zarqa I in enhancing the intellectual security of students from the point of view of teachers, and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05 ≥ α) in the average responses of the respondents attributed to variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience), by using the audience survey methodology by applying to a random sample of (390) teachers from secondary schools in the Directorate of Education of Zarqa I. The study concluded that: 1) the role of secondary school principals in the Directorate of Education of Zarqa I in enhancing the intellectual security of students from the point of view of teachers came to an average degree for all fields of study. The field of acceptance of the other opinion came in first place, followed by the national and religious dimensions, while critical thinking came in last place. 2) there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥α) attributed to the variables of sex and years of experience in all fields, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥α) attributed to the variable of academic qualification in the field of religious dimension in favor of the bachelor's degree, 3) there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥α) attributed to the variable of scientific qualification in the rest of the field.
