درجة توافر معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مشاغل التربية المهنية في مدارس محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين
This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops in Mafraq Governorate schools from the point of view of teachers and supervisors. The researcher developed the study tools, which are a questionnaire consisting of (27) items, and the interview consists of two questions, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. It was then distributed to a stratified random sample consisting of (120) vocational education teachers in Mafraq Governorate schools, and the interview was conducted with (7) vocational education supervisors. The results of the study showed that: 1) The overall degree of availability of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops in Mafraq Governorate schools from the point of view of teachers was high. The results of the study also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences because of variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience) in all fields. 2) The degree of availability of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops in Mafraq Governorate schools from the point of view of supervisors was high, as there was a consensus (85%) of supervisors choosing the presence of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops in Mafraq Governorate schools. The researcher concluded his study with a set of recommendations, Enhancing the competence of vocational education teachers and raising their status through intensifying specialized training courses and workshops in the field of occupational health and safety standards in vocational education workshops.
