The study aims to reveal the degree to which service education indicators are included in the content of Jordan's basic stage social studies books. The study sample consisted of social studies books for the fifth, sixth and seventh grades. The researcher used the descriptive approach of content analysis. The researcher prepared a list of service education indicators to reveal the extent to which they were included in the books during the research. The explicit idea, a unit of analysis, was adopted and verified for honesty and consistency. The results of the study showed that: 1) The degree of inclusion of service education indicators in the fifth grade social studies book in Jordan was B (40) The most frequent indicators were "participation in national ceremonies", reaching (6) Repeated (15%), followed by indicators of "hygiene campaigns", where it reached (5) Repeated and (13%), followed by indicators of "organization of voluntary groups", "where (3) recurrent and (8%). Results also showed the degree of inclusion of service education indicators in the fifth-grade social studies book in Jordan was B (36) The most frequent indicators were "traffic awareness campaigns", reaching (8) Repeated (23%), followed by indicators of "hygiene campaigns", where it reached (5) Duplicate (15%), followed by indicators of "organization of voluntary groups", "where (4) duplicate (12%). 2) The degree to which service education indicators are included in Jordan's seventh grade social studies book was B. (31) The most frequent indicators were "participation in national ceremonies", reaching (9) repetitions and a percentage (30%), followed by indicators of "summer camps", where it reached (4) repetitions and a percentage (13%), followed by indicators of "forest tree planting" and hygiene campaigns "organizing voluntary groups", where they reached (3) times and (10%) evenly. In light of the findings, the study recommends that less frequent service education indicators should be taken into account and included in Jordan's basic phase social studies book.
