The study aimed to identify the extent to which supervisors employ artificial intelligence applications in secondary schools and its relationship to the quality of supervisory services provided to their teachers in the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa District from the perspective of teachers. The descriptive survey method was used, and the study sample consisted of (320) male and female teachers who were randomly selected. To achieve the study objectives, developed a questionnaire consisting of (38) items distributed over (4) areas. The results showed that: 1) The extent to which supervisors employ artificial intelligence applications in secondary schools in the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa District was low. 2) There were statistically significant differences in all areas of supervisors' employment of artificial intelligence applications in secondary schools from the perspective of teachers in all variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience). 3) The quality of supervisory services provided to teachers in secondary schools in the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa District was rated as average. 4) There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the quality of supervisory services provided to teachers attributed to the gender variable in favor of females, and in the variable of years of teaching experience in favor of (10) years or more, and no statistically significant differences for the variable of academic qualification. 5) There was a correlation between the supervisors' employment of artificial intelligence applications and the quality of supervisory services provided to their teachers in the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa District.
