أثر استخدام استراتيجية جيكسو (jigsaw) في تحصيل قواعد اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف السادس الأساسي
The study aimed to identify the effect of using the Jigsaw strategy on the acquisition of Arabic language grammar among sixth grade students. The study used a quasi-experimental approach, and the participants of the study were selected from the sixth grade students. There were 73 students from Tariq Bin Ziyad Basic School for Boys school affiliated to the Directorate of education in Zarqa Governorate, and they were distributed randomly with 37 students in the control group and 36 students in the experimental group. The experimental group was taught using the Jigsaw strategy, while the control group was taught in the usual way. To achieve the aim of the study, an achievement test in Arabic grammar was prepared, consisting of 28 multiple-choice questions, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the α = 0.05 level in the achievement test in Arabic grammar, and the differences were in favor of using the Jigsaw strategy. In light of these results, the study recommended encouraging Arabic language teachers to use the Jigsaw strategy, directing the attention of those in charge of Arabic language curricula to the importance of the Jigsaw strategy, and including it in teachers’ manuals.
