The study aimed at revealing the actual state of tenth graders’ employment of e-learning at the Islamic education courses in the first Zarqa Directorate of Education from its teachers’ perspectives. In order to answer the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive method. A confirmed validity and reliability of 20 items questionnaire was used to collect information from the study population, which consisted of 59 male and female Islamic Education teachers. The main result of the study showed that: 1) The reality of tenth graders’ employment of e-learning in the subject of Islamic education in the first from its teachers’ perspectives registered a medium degree. 2) There were no statistically significant differences in the reality of tenth graders’ employment of e-learning at the Islamic education courses from its teachers’ perspectives due to the variables of gender and the type of school. 3) The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the reality of tenth graders’ employment of e-learning at the Islamic education courses due to the variable of years of experience in favor of the variable 5 years of experience or less. In light of the result, the study recommended some recommendations, such as; establishing teaching-learning platforms and applications for teaching the Islamic Education subject. (Author’s abstract)
