The aim of the research is to build a list of quality standards for the formulation of the learning outcomes of the music education curriculum for the preparatory stage, choose the strategies for teaching them, and determine the methods of evaluating them in the light of quality and accreditation standards, in addition to identifying the extent to which these standards are available in the content of the music education curricula for the preparatory stage. Deficiencies in the curricula of music education for the preparatory stage, which called for thinking about evaluating the quality of learning outcomes, teaching strategies and methods of evaluating them in order to reach their development, benefit from them in the teaching process and improve the level of performance of preparatory stage students in music education. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, which is most appropriate to achieve the goal of the research by building a list of quality standards for the formulation of learning outcomes and choosing the strategies for teaching them, and then evaluating the learning outcomes of the preparatory stage curriculum for the academic year (2021-2022) in the light of these criteria in a content analysis method, as well as for describing and analyzing studies. And previous research related to the study, explaining its theoretical concepts, as well as analyzing and criticizing information and data, reaching results and interpreting them scientifically. The results of the study showed that the standards for the quality of formulating learning outcomes, defining their teaching strategies, and formulating methods of evaluating them according to quality and accreditation standards were available in a low degree. The researcher believes that this result requires doubling the effort towards developing learning outcomes. And technical education in the year (2018) for pre-university education, which aimed at teaching musical note reading within the limits of the rhythmic patterns and tones that were taught with their kinetic performance, playing skills, and developing the students’ ability to employ the elements of taste in developing musical sensory perception with the aim of building the integrated, conscious, enlightened, and creative Egyptian personality.
