The research aims to identify the skills of electronic blogging and the skills of playing the mandolin that are required to be acquired for third-level students, in addition to identifying the effectiveness of the proposed vision for integrating the computer and mandolin courses to develop the skills of electronic blogging and playing among students of the College of Specific Education, where the research problem is represented in Weak electronic blogging skills using the Spilios program and weak mandolin playing skills for third-level students at the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University. The research relied on a performance test for electronic blogging skills and playing the mandolin as an instrument for the research. The descriptive approach was used to present the theoretical framework and previous studies, and the semi-experimental approach with the experimental group numbered 15 students and the control group numbered 15 students. The integrative approach was applied to the experimental group in order to measure the effectiveness of the proposed conception of the integrative approach as an independent variable in developing electronic blogging skills and playing the mandolin as a dependent variable. The results indicated in their entirety the effectiveness of integrating the computer and mandolin courses to develop skills.
