The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of using a proposed electronic program based on digital green education to develop problem-solving skills and environmental awareness among first-grade preparatory female students in science. The two researchers prepared: a list of the problem solving skills that need to be developed for the first-grade preparatory female students, a list of the criteria to design the proposed electronic program which is based on digital green education, a problem- solving skills test, the environmental awareness questionnaire, and the proposed electronic program based on digital green education to achieve the objective. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach, and the experimental approach which includes the design of one experimental group (before and after the two researchers followed the model of Abdul Latif Al-Jazzar (2013) for educational design and development. The experimental group was composed of 35 first-year female students at Bent Al-Shatea preparatory school for girls which is under the educational administration of Damietta. The results revealed that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the research sample in the pre and post applications of each of the problem-solving skills and environmental awareness tests. The two researchers have come to the conclusion that the proposed electronic program based on digital green education to develop problem-solving skills and environmental awareness among seventh grade female students is proven to be effective.
