The study aimed to identify the most prominent orientations and characteristics of the master’s theses from Al -Bayt University in science curricula and teaching methods. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the content analysis card was prepared, which included (13) paragraphs after verifying its sincerity and stability. The analysis card applied to a sample that consisted of (125) Master thesis of Master Theses from Al-Bayt University in science curricula and teaching methods for the period (2007-2022). The results of the study showed: 1) the ones related to the general trends of master’s theses show that science courses for the middle school were the most targeted science courses in master’s theses, while science courses for the first basic stage and kindergarten stage did not receive sufficient attention. The field of cognitive goals concerned with acquiring scientific knowledge has acquired the largest percentage in the distribution of master's theses according to the general goals of teaching science. 2) As for the axis of the characteristics of master's theses; The results showed that the most targeted academic levels in master's theses are the primary stage, followed by the middle school. 3) The sample of the students was also the most targeted samples, followed by the teacher’s sample, and the least of the supervisors and parents. The results regarding the method of choosing the sample; The way to choose simple random samples and the way to choose intentions is the most used way to choose samples. 4) The most master’s theses were limited to the use of only three research curricula: the descriptive survey approach, the almost experimental approach, and the descriptive analytical approach, and the most used these types were; It is the almost experimental approach followed by an analytical description. 5) The achievement tests and content analysis cards were the most used search tools in master's theses, while the observation tool and the interviewer did not receive attention. 6) As for the statistical methods used, the results showed that most of the messages were satisfied with using advanced statistical methods, and the lowest number of them used simple statistical methods. At the end, the study presented several recommendations and proposals aimed at developing master's theses in scientific education and educational research in the curricula of science and its teaching methods related to the results of the study.
