The study aimed to identify the social responsibility of school principals in Zarqa First Education and its relationship to teachers’ job affiliation. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used. The study population consisted of (4265) primary and secondary school teachers in Zarqa First Education, and the study sample consisted of (400) teachers. And a teacher in Zarqa First Education. The tool consisted of a questionnaire that included two parts: the first, related to personal information, and the second: in two parts, the first: social responsibility among school principals, consisting of (25) items distributed over (4) areas, and the second: job affiliation. For teachers, it consists of (19) items distributed over (3) areas. The validity and reliability of the study tool was confirmed. The results indicated that: 1) The degree of contributions of school principals in Zarqa First Education in promoting social responsibility from the point of view of teachers was high, as the national field came The belongingness field came in first place, the environmental and health field came in second place, the moral and values field came in third place, while the social field came in last place, The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of sex and years of experience in all fields and overall degree, and the presence of significant differences. Statistical significance is attributed to the effect of academic qualification in all fields and the total degree, and the differences were in favor of the bachelor’s degree. 2) The results also indicated that the level of professional belonging among teachers in Zarqa First Education from their point of view was high, as The field of relationships in the work environment came in first place, the field of assuming responsibility came in second place, while the field of accomplishing tasks came in last place. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences because of sex and years of experience in all fields and overall degree, and the presence of significant differences. Statistical significance is attributed to the effect of academic qualification in all fields and the total degree, and the differences were in favor of the bachelor’s degree. The study recommended: 1) Continuing to achieve social responsibility in all its aspects in Zarqa First Education Schools because of its positive and clear impact on developing teachers’ job affiliation, 2) Conducting training courses and workshops for school principals and teachers with the aim of increasing and strengthening their concepts of social responsibility and job affiliation, 3) Conducting other studies that deal with the social responsibility variable and its relationship with other variables such as job performance or job loyalty.
