The study aimed to identify the degree to which principals of primary schools in the directorate of education in the first Zarqa district practice toxic leadership and its relationship to the organizational silence of their teachers, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive-relational approach, and developed two performance measurement tools: The first one was to measure the degree of practicing of toxic leadership by elementary schools principals, which consisted of (44) paragraphs distributed over six dimensions. The second was to measure the level of organizational silence of schools' teachers, which consisted of (24) paragraphs distributed over three dimensions, the validity of both tools, and their stability was checked and confirmed. The study tools were applied to a sample of (658) teachers, with 22% ratio of the total community, the members of the study sample were selected by the available way. The results of the study showed that: 1) The degree of primary school principals' practice of toxic leadership in the directorate of education in the first Zarqa district from the teachers' point of view came (high). 2) The results also showed the level of organizational silence among the teachers in the basic schools in the directorate of education for the Zarqa district came to a (medium) degree. 3) The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the estimates of the study sample towards the degree to which principals of basic schools in the directorate of education of the Zarqa first district practiced toxic leadership on each of the two dimensions (narcissism and self-promotion of the school principal) and the total score. It is attributed to the variable of years of service in teaching in favor of the category (less than 5 years), while it was found that there were no differences on the dimensions (administrative effectiveness of the school principal, personal relations, increasing the burdens on teachers in the school, and the professional ethics dimension of the school principal. 4) The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the estimates of the study sample towards the degree of organizational silence in the basic schools of the directorate of Education for the first Zarqa District for all dimensions of organizational silence (silence of submission, defensive silence and social silence) and the degree The college is due to the difference in the variable of years of service in teaching in favor of the category (less than 5 years). 5) The results showed that there is a high direct and statistically significant correlation between toxic leadership and organizational silence, and in the light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is holding a set of training courses for the current and future school principals and principals, with the aim of developing their awareness of the need to practice administrative behaviors that support the moral, human aspects and avoiding toxic practices and encourages free and open communication with teachers, taking care of their opinions and not underestimating them, listening to their problems and working to solve them in order to reduce organizational silence.
