The research aimed to clarify the role of administrative communication in the Egyptian-Japanese schools to enhance the culture of volunteering in the Egyptian society and to identify the concept of administrative communication, and employ it in promoting the thought of volunteering in the Egyptian-Japanese schools and present the proposal to activate administrative communication in order to enhance the culture of volunteering in the Egyptian-Japanese schools in Damietta Governorate, and the researcher used the descriptive approach and was The research tool (questionnaire) was applied to a sample of 105 male and female Japanese school teachers in Damietta Governorate, or 65% of the original community. The results of the research concluded that achieving good administrative communication is a way to achieve the vision and mission of the school and contributes to creating an environment that encourages work, free from administrative and work problems, and the application and dissemination of a culture of volunteering achieves community participation and contributes to achieving the desired societal growth and keenness to build positive attitudes towards communication Positive work in general and voluntary work in particular, promoting the values of belonging, constructive communication and volunteer work in order to achieve sustainable development.
