التوجهات التربوية لإدارة التغيير ودورها في تطوير مؤسسات رياض الأطفال المصرية
This research aimed to identify the most important educational trends for change management and its role in the development of kindergarten institutions. The analytical descriptive approach was also used for its suitability to the nature of the research. A set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are: Acceptance by individuals and management towards activating this activity, and the nature of those responsible for managing change and their leadership skills at all levels must be commensurate with the circumstances of the organization and its change strategies, and the reward system must encourage innovation and recognize success in bringing about change, and build a work environment that helps change, i.e. development organization to become a learning organization.
