ثقافة التغيير لدى مديري مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في محافظة دمياط في ضوء مدخل الإبداع الإداري : دراسة ميدانية
This research aims to activate the culture of change among the directors of kindergarten institutions in Damietta Governorate in the light of the entrance to administrative creativity, field study, from the point of view of directors and teachers of kindergartens in Damietta Governorate. This research relied on the descriptive approach in collecting and interpreting information with the use of a questionnaire as a research tool that was applied to a stratified random sample of (466) kindergarten principals and teachers in the ten educational departments. The results of the research concluded that the general average of the degree of appreciation of the study individuals for the culture of change among the directors of kindergarten institutions in Damietta Governorate in the light of the entrance to administrative creativity, a field study, came with a high degree of verification to achieve the desired goals, which leads to the success of the educational process.
