This study aimed to the degree of practicing participative leadership by school principals in north eastern Badia directorate of education and Its relationship to teachers’ self-management, Used the descriptive correlational survey approach, and the study population consisted of all basic and secondary school teachers in the north eastern Badia directorate of education, number is (404) teachers, The study sample was selected by the simple random method of (228) teachers, constituted (8.34%) of the study population, The study tool was designed in the form of a questionnaire distributed to three parts: (study variables, participative leadership, and self-management. 1) The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of school principals in the north eastern Badia directorate of education of participative leadership from the point of view of teachers came a medium degree and in all areas, where the first rank came the field of behaviors, came in the second rank the field of values and attitudes, and came in the rank and the last the field of moral transcendence, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the medium answers of the sample members attributed to the gender variable on the degree of practice of school principals in the North eastern Badia directorate of education for participative leadership From the point of view of teachers, the differences came in favor of females, the results showed that there were no differences due to the variables of academic qualification, the number of years of experience. 2) The results showed that the self-management of school teachers in the North eastern Badia directorate of education from their point of view itself came an medium degree in all areas, where the first rank came in the field of self-esteem, the second rank came the field of balance, the last rank came the field of time management, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the medium degree answers of the sample members attributed to the gender variable in the level of self-management among school teachers in the North eastern Badia directorate of education The teachers themselves, the differences came in favor of females, there were differences due to the variable of scientific qualification, the differences came in favor of the bachelor's degree, and the existence of differences due to the variable of experience and the differences came in favor of 10 years or more, 3) The results revealed a positive correlation positive and statistically significant between the degree of practice of school principals in the North eastern Badia directorate of education for participative leadership and the level of self-management among teachers. The study recommended that school principals in the Northeastern Badia directorate of education strengthen their focus on the ethical aspects of work, and their application of values and ideals in their school environments.
