The objective of the study is to identify the level of personal characteristics of school principals in the breeding of the junction cane and its relationship to their level of decision-making patterns, followed the correlative survey curriculum, and the sample of the study consisted of 300 teachers and teachers at the government schools of the Directorate of Education in Kasbah al-Mafraq In the second semester of the school year 2022/2023, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared to measure the degree of availability of personal characteristics of managers of the dispersal cane education schools and their relationship to their decision-making patterns. The results showed that: 1) The level of personal characteristics of school principals in the dispersal cane from teachers' perspective was high, The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the calculated averages of sample responses at the indicator level (0.05≥ α). 2) The level of personal characteristics of school principals in the education of the junction cane depending on the study variables (Sex, scientific qualification, years of experience), the results of the study also showed that the level of decision-making patterns of school principals in the reed husbandry was moderate, and that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of sample responses at the indicative level (0.05≥ α) At the level of principals' decision-making patterns in dispersal cane education according to study variables (Sex, scientific qualification, years of experience), 3) An intrinsic correlation between personal characteristics, both leadership and social, with the types of decision-making patterns of school principals in mouthpiece husbandry. In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher made a series of recommendations, most notably: 1) To build on the results of the study in the selection and preparation of school principals, 2) To develop training programs for school principals focusing on personal characteristics and low-level decision-making patterns.
