The study aimed to identify the practice of soft skills by principals of education schools in Sahab Brigade and its relationship to the organizational climate from the teachers’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (300) male and female teachers in the Education Directorate of Sahab Brigade. The descriptive correlational approach was used through the development of two tools, the first tool was a questionnaire that dealt with soft skills, and the second tool dealt with the organizational climate, and the indications of validity and stability were extracted from them. The results showed that: 1) The degree of school principals’ practice of soft skills from the teachers’ point of view was high on all domains of the tool, 2) The results related to the organizational climate showed that all paragraphs came with a high degree, 3) The results of the third question showed that there were no statistically significant differences (0.05 ≥ α) due to the effect of Gender and the effect of educational qualification and years of experience in all fields and the total degree of school principals’ practice of soft skills. 4) The results of the fourth question showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributable to the effect of gender and the effect of educational qualification and years of experience on the level of organizational climate. 5) The results of the fifth question showed that there were A positive correlation between the degree of application of soft skills by school principals and the organizational climate.
