The study aimed to identify the degree to which public school principals in Muwaqqar District practice creative leadership and its relationship to the level of organizational change from teachers’ points of view, and the impact of the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. The descriptive correlational survey method was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (49) items was developed and distributed to a sample of (339) male and female teachers in government schools affiliated with Muwaqqar District Directorate of Education in the capital, Amman. The study results revealed that: 1) The degree of practicing creative leadership by school principals in Muwaqqar District from the teachers' points of view was moderate. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in the sample respondents' perceptions on the domains of the creative leadership scale due to the gender variable in favor of females and due to the academic qualification variable in favor of bachelor's degree holders. However, no statistically significant differences were found due to the variable of years of experience. 2) The level of organizational change in the government schools in Muwaqqar District was of a moderate degree. In addition, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the sample respondents' perceptions on the domains of the organizational change scale because of the study variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience). The results also demonstrated a strong positive correlation between practicing creative leadership and the organizational change in the government schools in Muwaqqar District. Considering the study findings, the researcher recommends the necessity of providing training programs aimed at developing the creative leadership skills of school principals. This can be achieved by training on various aspects such as fostering creativity, dealing with challenges, promoting flexibility, and enhancing a culture of change acceptance within the school through enhancing communication about the importance of change and the potential benefits it can bring.
