The research aimed to reach the requirements of spreading and promoting the culture of innovation in the university in the light of institutional excellence by presenting the theoretical and conceptual framework for educational studies and research that dealt with the culture of innovation and the nature of institutional excellence in Egyptian universities. The need to improve the university education system and pay attention to the innovative activities of the university, He recommended organizing exhibitions, competitions and seminars in the field of science, technology and innovation throughout the year to increase students’ interest in science and innovation, discover and encourage innovators, create a partnership between universities, local community institutions, and industry continuously to support the development of innovation in areas related to society’s problems, and provide education that supports innovation in universities. Through modern educational systems that enable students to discover and develop their skills and employ them in a manner appropriate to them, encouraging students to use different thinking strategies in education and problem solving.
