متطلبات تفعيل العدالة التنظيمية في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة دمياط
The study aimed to identify the theoretical and conceptual framework of organizational justice. And shedding light on the most important requirements necessary to achieve organizational justice in public education schools in Damietta governorate, and building a proposed vision for the application of organizational justice in public education schools in Damietta governorate. The study used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire was applied to a number of teachers of general education schools in Damietta governorate. The results of the study concluded that all hardworking teachers should be motivated according to their performance rates and achievements fairly and objectively, and develop a guide to distribute the educational work within the school among everyone equally, and give equal opportunities for professional growth to all teachers, and pay attention to the fair organizational climate in the school to make teachers committed to achieve the objectives of the school.
