This research aimed at reaching a list of managing and maintaining computer networks skills which required to educational technology students at faculty of education. In order to achieve that, the researchers prepared a questionnaire to identify a list of managing and maintaining computer networks skills which required to educational technology students at faculty of education by following the analytical descriptive approach. This questionnaire was presented to the experts and specialists of educational technology. The research sample consisted of (10) arbitrators who are specialized in Educational Technology. Then the researcher has collected, analyzed and processed the data statistically by using the appropriate statistical methods (Copper Equation). The results of the research indicated that the arbitrators agreed 100% on the importance of each of the main and sub-skills of managing and maintaining computer networks skills, and the percentage of agreement on the association of behavioral performances with each of the main and sub-skills reached 100%. Hence, the list of managing and maintaining computer networks skills which required to educational technology students at faculty of education was reached; consisting of two main skills, twelve sub-skills and 77 behavioral performances.
