The goal of the research is to present a proposed vision for an electronic curriculum for teaching music education in the primary stage on the learning management systems platform in the directorate of education in Aswan Governorate. To achieve the research objectives, the fourth-grade primary curriculum was designed according to the ADDIE instructional design model, which includes five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research relied on designing the fourth grade curriculum for the academic year 2023/2024, which is based on four axes: (Foundations and rules of art, taste and art history, artistic production and creativity, artistic analysis and criticism). The research also used the descriptive analysis approach to produce an electronic educational course consisting of twenty-two educational lessons, the lessons prescribed for the curriculum of the fourth grade of primary school, the first and second semesters, electronically and uploading them to the management systems platform. The research reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the emphasis on spreading the culture of e-learning and enhancing its concept among educational institutions in general, as well as the call to design curricula for various stages in light of the ADDIE educational design model so that they keep pace with the requirements of the knowledge age.
