The study aimed to identify the role of student activities in supporting the national belonging of middle school students in Qena, Egypt. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach. The field study community in the preparatory schools in Qena includes its population sectors (urban-rural), where the number of preparatory schools reached (387) schools distributed over (9) educational directorates, and the sample of the current study was identified by (600) research samples distributed to (500) pupils (males and females) and (100) supervisors of activities and the school principal. This sample represented five educational directorates (Qena, Dashna). Student activity is one of the effective means to achieve the goals of education, and it is also considered a fertile field for students to express their tendencies and satisfy their needs, which in turn leads to enhancing their love for their school and supporting their belonging to their homeland. The Activities include information about the challenges that face their country. Students’ participation in the activities improve their academic level. The factors that attract students to the activities are poor. The lack of diversity of student activities to meet the satisfaction of students’ inclinations and hobbies. (Published abstract)
