واقع شراكة أسر ذوي الإعاقة مع المدرسة في مدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر المعلمات : باستخدام تصنيف إبستين للشراكة نموذجا
This study aimed to know the reality of the partnership of families of people with disabilities with the school in light of the Epstein model of partnership in Riyadh city, identify the difficulties facing its implementation, and reveal the most prominent ways to develop it, from the point of view of teachers. The study relied on the descriptive survey method, and the study population consisted of 2,094 special education teachers, and a random sample of 341 teachers was selected, representing approximately 16% of the original population. The questionnaire was used as a study tool, and the study was applied in the first semester of the academic year 1445 AH. Among its most notable results are the following: 1) The study concluded that the female teachers in the sample believe that this partnership has been achieved in reality to a (moderate) degree in general, and that the learning at home style was the most achieved style, and the least achieved was the volunteering one. 2) The study found that the female teachers in the sample believe that the difficulties facing the activation of this partnership are achieved to a (moderate) degree in general, and at the level of patterns, the sample members’ agreement on the difficulties mentioned in activating cooperation pattern with the local community was the highest, and the difficulties in activating the communication pattern were the least among the patterns. 3) The study found that the female teachers in the sample agreed on the mentioned development methods to a (moderate) degree in general, and the sample’s approval of the mentioned development methods in the decision-making style was the highest, while in the home learning style it was the least agreeable.
