دور مديري المدارس في تربية قصبة المفرق في تمكين معلمي التربية المهنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين
This study aimed to explore the Role of School Principals in Al Mafraq District Directorate of Education in Empowering Vocational Education Teachers from Teachers’ Point of View, the study utilized a descriptive survey method. The sample consisted of (75) male and female vocational education teachers from governmental schools in Al-Mafraq District Directorate of Education for the academic year 2022-2023. A specially designed questionnaire was used to assess the principals' role in teacher empowerment. The findings indicated that: 1) the role of school principals in this context is of intermediate significance across all fields. 2) No statistically significant differences in the perspectives of the participants concerning the principals' role in empowerment based on variables such as gender, academic qualifications, and years of experience. In light of these findings, it is recommended that educators and educational administrators leverage these insights to more effectively empower vocational education teachers in real-world settings.
