تكافؤ الفرص التدريبية لمعلمات الحضانات ورياض الأطفال وفقا لتوجهات برنامج رياض الأطفال المطور
This research aimed to enhance the different ways that achieve equal training opportunities for nursery and kindergarten teachers in the light of the developed kindergarten program, Education 0.2. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study, and the study concluded that there are no communication channels that combine between private nurseries that are supervised by the Ministry of Social Solidarity on the one hand, and kindergartens that are supervised by the Ministry of Education on the other hand. The study also recommends the need to develop a system for training kindergarten teachers to include teachers and supervisors of private nurseries. (Published abstract)
