The aim of the research is to develop a proposed conception of secondary stage history curricula in the light of the dimensions of digital citizenship and intellectual security, and to identify the effectiveness of the unit (Digital Revolution Wars) in developing the skills of digital citizenship and intellectual security for students of the second year of secondary stage, where the researcher prepared a list of dimensions of digital citizenship and a list of dimensions, And a test of digital citizenship skills, and a measure of intellectual security. The research tools and materials were applied to a sample that consisted of an experimental group (30) students in the second year of secondary school at the joint sewing secondary school in the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023. This research relied on the descriptive approach and the experimental approach. between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the digital citizenship skills test in favor of the post application, where the value of (T) was (28.23), And there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the intellectual security scale in favor of the post application, where the value of (T) was (51.76). The (Digital Revolution Wars Unit) also achieved an appropriate degree of effectiveness in developing digital citizenship skills and intellectual security. The research recommended that the objectives of teaching history should be included in the objectives related to the development of digital citizenship skills and intellectual security at the secondary level, and the dimensions of digital citizenship and intellectual security should be included in some history teacher preparation courses in the faculties of education.
