فاعلية استخدام مدخل التاريخ الشفوي في تنمية المفاهيم التاريخية لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الإبتدائي
The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of using the oral history approach in developing historical concepts among sixth graders pupils, where the researcher prepared a list of historical concepts, a teacher's guide, an activities booklet, and a test of historical concepts. The research tools and materials were applied to a sample that consisted of two groups, one of them a control (35) pupil, and the other experimental (35) pupil from the sixth-grade pupils of elementary school in Mohammed Abdu Primary School in Damietta. And the post-test of concepts in favor of the post-application, where the value of (t) was (17.62), and there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the pupils of the research group, the control and experimental groups, in the post-application of the test of historical concepts in favor of the experimental group, where the value of (t) was (19.26). The use of the oral history approach has an appropriate degree of effectiveness in developing historical concepts among the students of the experimental group where the value of the effect size in the development of historical concepts was (0.91). The research recommended the need to use the oral history approach in teaching history to develop historical concepts among primary school pupils, and to train history teachers at the primary stage to use the oral history approach with pupils in history classes.
