تحديات إدارة التغيير التنظيمي بالجامعات المصرية وسبل مواجهتها : دراسة تحليلية
This research aimed to identify the most important ways to face the challenges of managing organizational change in Egyptian universities and their role in developing Egyptian universities. The most important of which are: reconsidering the vision and mission of the university in a way that is compatible with the challenges and demands of the era so that change can be achieved gradually in universities and colleges with technological development, and the change in the structure of colleges and universities so that they can face the strong impact of changes and challenges of the era, advance planning by the administration to manage organizational change, and analyze factors and variables and emergency conditions in the internal and external environment of universities, noticing change and determining its speed and time required for it to determine the strategic options for its management, and the administration knows the motives of managing organizational change and its challenges and ways to confront it, and developing the creativity and innovation skills of university leaders and change to carry out the process of managing organizational change efficiently and with quality.
