The research aimed to develop a proposed vision through which the requirements for addressing the problems facing the STEM secondary school of science and technology in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate can be identified. In the light of benefiting from some contemporary global experiences. And to achieve this goal, the two researchers followed the steps of the descriptive approach, which was evident in presenting the intellectual framework of the educational system in stem schools of science and technology, and the most important problems facing the STEM secondary school of science and technology in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, which the researchers classified into (problems teachers, students, school administration, finance, and curricula) and touched on presenting the experiences of the United States of America and South Korea in the field of STEM education; to take advantage of them in defining the implementation mechanisms for the requirements of addressing the problems of teachers, students, school administration, financing and curricula in the stem school in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate.
