إحتياجات مدارس الدمج بالتعليم الأساسي لتحسين العملية التعليمية للفئات المدمجة من وجهة نظر مديريها بمحافظة دمياط
The aim of the research is to identify the theoretical and cognitive frameworks for integration, the most important pillars on which the educational process is based, and the most important needs of the integration schools in Damietta governorate to improve the educational process for the integrated groups from the point of view of the principals of the integrated primary schools, down to the requirements that must be available in the schools of integration in basic education to improve the educational process for the integrated groups from the point of view of considered by its managers in Damietta governorate. The research used the descriptive approach, and found the needs of principals of mainstream schools in basic education to improve the educational process for the integrated groups, which were: material needs: providing material and moral incentives for workers working with merged students, granting inclusive schools material and financial rewards, the participation of the Board of Trustees and civil society, such as political parties and NGOs, with voluntary contributions to help schools improve the educational process for integration students, human needs: finding mechanisms to reduce the number of students in classes, providing a mobile doctor to follow up on integration students, providing a psychologist to deal with the merged student and help him adapt to the normal school environment, technological and knowledge needs: providing schools with appropriate tools and equipment for teaching this category, supplying teacher preparation programs in the faculties of education with the latest methods for dealing with integration students, preparing and training teachers and administrators to implement the merger process.
