متطلبات تحقيق المرونة التنظيمية بمدارس التعليم العام قبل الجامعي في مصر في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات الإدارية المعاصرة
The aim this research is to develop a proposed vision for some procedural mechanisms to achieve organizational Flexibility in pre-university public education schools in Egypt in the light of some contemporary administrative trends, through: identifying the theoretical and conceptual framework for organizational Flexibility in pre-university public education schools, identifying the most important contemporary administrative trends in Egypt in Pre-university public education schools, revealing of the requirements for achieving organizational flexibility in pre-university public education schools. The research used the descriptive research method, and the research reached a suggested vision of some procedural mechanisms to achieve organizational flexibility in pre-university public education schools in Egypt. In the light of some contemporary administrative trends, the most important of which are: analyzing the current educational environment by identifying the aspects that need improvement and the opportunities that can be exploited to achieve Organizational flexibility, enhancing communication and cooperation between members teaching staff, school administration, students, parents and the local community, encouraging innovation and experimentation by experimenting with new ideas in the educational environment, developing the capabilities of teachers and administrators through continuous training.
