This research aimed to identifying the personal and professional qualities of public secondary schools' teachers in Egypt in light of the technological revolution. The research used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as one of its tools. The research group was represented by a sample of schools directors, schools vice directors, supervisors, and teachers. The number of participants reached 346 individuals distributed among government public secondary schools in Aswan Governorate. The results of the research revealed the need for teachers to have personal and professional components that keep pace with the technological revolution. The most prominent of which are: that there are new components that impose themselves and that the teacher is required to possess in the time of the technological revolution. The results of the field study resulted in the teachers' need for the teaching process and benefiting from what they learned in a way that suits the modern technological revolution, and the need to support them with the skill of communicating information to their students through modern technologies, in a way that meets the educational situation, and the need for the teacher to accept learning and dealing with modern technologies. Moreover, the need for the teacher to deal with modern technology in a way that meets his teaching needs, and to encourage his students to learn according to modern technological techniques, and the need for the teacher to design electronic educational programs and courses, and the teachers design of tools for setting examinations and evaluation for students in a way that is consistent with the developments of the technological revolution. In light of the results of the research; A proposed vision was presented to support the personal and professional capabilities of the general secondary school teachers in Egypt in light of the technological revolution.
