The kindergarten stage is one of the most important stages in a person’s life, and it greatly affects his life, behaviors, and attitudes in dealing with others in the stages that follow, where the formation of the child’s personality begins, and its features are drawn to mature more. disability and give them a degree of care and attention to integrate into the society around them and enhance their educational rights. This research aims to identify the role of kindergarten institutions to meet the educational rights of people with integrated disabilities and to identify the most prominent educational rights of these children and to identify the most important obstacles facing their integration in kindergarten. The research used the descriptive approach in achieving its objectives, and the results came to present some proposals that enhance the fulfillment of educational rights to integrate people with disabilities in kindergartens.
